Q: How hard is it to transfer? What do you need from me?
A: It’s easy! All we need is the name of your current pharmacy and your medications along with your permission to get your prescription information so we can fill them.
Q: Do I have to contact my current pharmacy?
A: No. Once we have your information, we will take care of calling and transferring your prescriptions to us.
Q: How long does it take to transfer?
A: About 5 minutes of your time.
Q: I just filled my prescription. Can I still transfer it?
A: YES! We can take care of transferring your information today and the next time you need it, we’ll have it ready for you.
Q: I think I can only do mail order.
A: That’s possible. It’s also possible that you have other options. We would be happy to take a look at your insurance and let you know what’s best for you.
Q: I don’t have my prescription information with me.
A: That’s fine. We just need the name of your current pharmacy and we will take care of the rest.
Q: I don’t have my insurance information.
A: Not to worry. We can get that information from the pharmacy, or we can call your insurance company for you.
Q: Can you fill my prescription for a 3-month supply like my mail-order pharmacy?
A: For most insurances, we are able to fill a 3-month supply just like your mail-order plan.
Q: Do you accept my insurance?
A: We accept nearly all insurance plans and would be happy to run a test claim through to find out in advance.
Q: Will it cost more to get my prescription filled here?
A: In most cases, co-pays are the same no matter which pharmacy you choose. We would be happy to check with your insurance to determine your co-pay in advance. We offer a Price Match Guarantee for those without insurance.
Q: Can you mail my prescriptions?
A: YES! And it’s free!
Q: Do you deliver?
A: Yes! We have free delivery.
Q: I go south for the winter. How will I get my prescriptions filled then?
A: We would be happy to mail out your prescriptions at no charge whenever you are out of town.
Q: I get a few special/rare medications. Can you get them?
A: Yes! We offer free special orders and can get nearly anything.
Q: Do you make customized medications or offer compounding?
A: Yes!
Q: Your pharmacy isn’t as convenient for me as my current pharmacy.
A: We are more than happy to deliver or mail out your prescriptions at no charge and even have house charge accounts if you would like one.
